DALLAS/FT. WORTH (May 21, 2009) Norm Bagwell, Chairman and CEO, Bank of Texas, N.A., and Alan Miller, President, Bank of Texas The Private Bank, jointly announce the appointment of Ty Looney as Vice President and Client Advisor for Bank of Texas The Private Bank.



Looney will join the Tarrant County team as a Client Advisor and focus on wealth advisory and investment management services for high net worth clients. “Ty’s knowledge in the wealth management segment and his experience will help us continue to grow successfully in the Tarrant County market,” said Miller. “We are pleased to have him on our team.”


Looney has spent the last six years at Bank of America, in which he rose from a Small Business Specialist to Personal Banker and then to Premier Client Manager. As a Premier Client Manager, he built a $100 million client portfolio. Looney earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California and is Series 6 and 63 Licensed.
